Aberdeen Real Estate in The Netherlands

Aberdeen Asset Management has around €800 million assets under management for direct Dutch Real Estate for 8 Dutch and international clients. This is managed by a team of 8 experienced professionals lead by a Country Managers with more than 30 years of experience among the Dutch Institutional Investors. The professionals are being assisted by 7 administrative and secretarial colleagues. The managed Real Estate portfolio exists of offices, shops and corporate Real Estate and, for a small part, residences.

The core business of the Asset Management is the maintaining and improving of the value of the Real Estate and the revenues, as well as the maintaining and controlling of the risks involved in this process.

Active property investment requires a strong local presence. We have expanded in Europe’s heartland and, through our Singapore office, into Asia. Our 400 staff are based in 12 countries and include specialists in all the essential disciplines. This unrivalled local reach is essential to our understanding of local markets and our commitment to local decision making.
